The Bursary is awarded to a deserving student who is registered or actively attending in a post-secondary program. The program must be related to an area that allows for employment opportunities with Canadian North Airlines in the future. They include, but not limited to, hospitality, mechanics, engineering, pilot training, accounting, and management.

Canadian North Airlines Bursary
$2,500 / year
Application Deadline: October 31, 2021

To be eligible, the recipient must be a beneficiary of any one of the Inuit land claims agreements in Inuit Nunangat and be registered for or actively attending a post-secondary program as of October 31, 2021.

Applicants must write up to 500 words in either Inuktut, English or French and share what receiving this Bursary would mean to them and why they have chosen the post-secondary program they are currently taking. Applications must be emailed in a pdf format to bursary@canadiannorth.com with the Subject: 2021 Bursary Application.

The recipient will be announced on December 1, 2021.
