Over the years, we have established a robust Safety Management System (SMS) and Corporate Quality Assurance (QA) Departments that are dedicated to the highest safety and quality standards in addition to continuous improvement. Our Safety and Quality policies and procedures meet stringent industry regulations as well as fulfill our corporate values of safety.

The Department employs highly qualified and experienced auditors who regularly perform quality audit activities within the three main operational departments – Maintenance & Engineering, Flight Operations and Commercial, as well as various vendors and service providers.

Our Corporate Quality Assurance and Safety Management System can also provide independent auditing in Maintenance, Flight Operations and Cargo and Ground Handling Operations.
