The Rogers outage affecting service across our network has now been restored. Below are some key updates regarding the return to regular service:

Passenger Service:

Our normal operations have now been restored and we are only expecting certain minor delays this morning.

Cargo Service:

Our normal operations have now been restored and we are only expecting minor delays because of the event. To reduce potential delays we have added extra capacity for this weekend.

Customer Contact Centre

Our normal operations have now been restored; however, wait times are significantly longer than usual. We have brought in additional resources where able, but we would like to remind our passengers of self-serve options available for new bookings, managing bookings and checking flight status – links available in caption.
