Over the past few months, Canadian North has been proud to support teams representing both Nunavut and the Northwest Territories at the 2026 Canadian Curling Championships.
During the Scotties Tournament of Hearts, we supported Team Weagle (Nunavut) and Team Kaufman (NWT), while during the Montana’s Brier, we supported Team Samagalski (Nunavut).
All three teams represented themselves and their communities with pride, skill, and determination, and we were honoured to be part of their journey both on and off the ice.
Supporting northern athletes and community initiatives is an important part of Canadian North’s commitment to the communities we serve, and we are proud to celebrate the talent, resilience, and spirit these teams brought to the national stage.
Canadian North will also be supporting Team Nunavut in the upcoming Canadian Mixed Doubles Curling Championship from March 21-27.
