This past weekend, the City of Iqaluit hosted the Great Pumpkin Carving Contest at the Arctic Winter Games Arena, and Canadian North was proud to take part in the fun!
The event brought together families, friends, and community members of all ages for an afternoon of creativity and celebration. Participants showcased their spooky, silly, and spectacular pumpkin carvings while also enjoying free skating and hot chocolate.
As part of our sponsorship, Canadian North provided the grand prize, a roundtrip flight for two between Ottawa and Iqaluit. The winning designs, along with dozens of others, truly captured the Halloween spirit and showed the imagination and talent that make Iqaluit’s community events so special.
