As a Canadian North Customer Service or Reservations Agent, you represent a passenger’s initial impression of Canadian North and this is a crucial role that is one of the keys to our success.

Customer Service Agent

Working directly at the airport, at one of our ticket counters, our front-line employees provide an essential service by checking-in, boarding and deplaning our customers.

Our Ticket Counters are located in airports across Canada:

  • Montreal, Quebec
  • Ottawa, Ontario
  • Edmonton, Alberta
  • Yellowknife, Northwest Territories
  • Inuvik, Northwest Territories
  • Iqaluit, Nunavut
  • Rankin Inlet, Nunavut

Reservation Agents

Our Reservations Office, located at our facility in Ottawa, Ontario will offer you many challenges providing customers with flight arrangement information as well as making bookings.

Northern Agency Administration

If you are looking for task diversity and currently reside, or are interested in residing, in one of the numerous northern communities serviced by Canadian North – think about joining our Northern Agency Administration team. Acting as a Canadian North representative within a northern community, the fulfillment of your diverse tasks such as: local reservations, load planning, ticket counter functions, etcetera will be complemented by your ability to communicate in both English and Inuktitut as well as a heavy reliance of excellent customer service skills.

We value training, personal development and encourage career advancement within Canadian North. For the positions of Customer Service Agent, Reservation Agent and Northern Agent Administration, preference will be given to individuals with prior customer reservation system (Sabre) experience, however, we also encourage diverse experience in a customer service oriented environment. The ability to communicate in English/French or English/Inuktitut is an essential asset to your success in these roles. Our in-house training centre and programs will ensure that you are provided with the skills necessary for you to succeed.
