May 13, 2021 – As we continue to work through the backlog of cargo shipments at our Ottawa airport facilities and deal with issues related to the pandemic, we have had to temporarily close our cargo drop-off counter.

We are unable to accept any shipments, effective immediately, at 100 Thad Johnson Private. We are working on solutions to provide continuity for customers and will issue an update within the next 48 hours.
