May 11, 2021 – As we continue to work through the backlog of cargo shipments at our Ottawa airport facilities, we have reduced our business hours for the drop-off counter as follows:

From Tuesday, May 11 to Sunday, May 16, 2021 

Drop-Off Counter at 100 Thad Johnson Private:  8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Accepting shipments only containing food, medical supplies and other essential goods.

We will return to normal business hours as follows starting Monday, May 17, 2021:

Drop-Off Counter – 100 Thad Johnson Private:

Monday to Friday       7:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Saturday to Sunday     8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Our pick-up counter hours remain unchanged as follows:

Pick-Up Counter: 140 Thad Johnson Private:

Monday to Friday       7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
