Thursday, April 20, 2023 – Just as spring is the time of growth and renewal, Canadian North will be launching a new flight schedule for communities served by ATR aircraft. The new schedule will come into effect during the first week of May and will provide passengers and cargo customers with faster service and better southern/northern connections, all with no increases to fare or cargo rates. The new schedule will also ensure more direct flights, with fewer stops, directly benefiting our Elders and medical travelers. For those living in the Hamlets we serve, this change will also increase the capacity in and out of their communities. On top of it all, there will be an increased cargo capacity for our customers with the introduction of the ATR 72F freighter.
As is the overall mandate at Canadian North, the goal of these changes is to continue removing barriers to allow individuals and businesses to grow and thrive. Canadian North is dedicated to supporting Inuit and Indigenous businesses as they pursue economic self-reliance and growth.
“Our mission is to make life better in the communities we serve and we have designed our new schedule with this in mind. We are making it faster for our customers to travel and ship with us and we’re focused on flying when and where we are needed by using our aircraft and crews more efficiently. We look forward to seeing you onboard soon.” ~ Michael Rodyniuk, CEO, Canadian North
We are dedicated to getting you to where you need to go more efficiently because your time matters to us.
