After your cargo is shown as having flown, processing at our destination facilities may take up to 72 hours due to high cargo volume. If you have not received a notification that your cargo is ready for pick-up, please wait a minimum of 72 hours from the arrival of the corresponding flight before coming to or contacting our local Cargo warehouse. This will ensure that our agents can focus on making your cargo readily available as soon as possible.
