How to get a refund

For customers impacted by the NWT Wildfires, we have created this refund request form to ease the wait times on our phone lines. This form is available for refund requests for flights impacted by the wildfires in the Northwest Territories only. All eligible refund requests will be completed to original form of payment for all un-flown segments of travel.

If your reservation was managed through a third-party booking site, or travel agent, we kindly ask you to contact your original booking source to initiate the process.

All eligible refunds will be processed and refunded within 30 days, to the original method of payment.
