    It’s simple, if you’re 9 or more people travelling together to the same destination, we considered as a part of our Group Travel Policy.

    Fill out the “Group Booking Request Form” and one of our customer specialist will guide you forward. Please allow us 3 business days to respond on your inquiry.
    The Group Booking requests are processed separately irrespective to the pricing showing on our website for the individual trip. For example, if 20 individuals booked on one flight, the first booking would pay the lowest rate and the last booking would pay the highest rate. Our Groups team will work to average these extremes to a single price point that is the same for all members of the group.

    As soon as possible. Space on peak flights is often booked very early, it is difficult to accommodate groups close to departure as we simply do not have space for everyone. Ideally, please hold space as soon as possible and we can work with you if there are changes in your plan. Typically we see groups holding space 3 to 9 months before departure.
