Vice President, Human Resources and Planning

Ms. Pagé started her journey of 32+ years’ service with Canadian North as a Flight Attendant in 1991. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to travel to all the destinations currently served by the airline, as well as many others. In addition to her experience in flying, Sarah has taken on various roles with Inflight Services supporting Flight Attendant hiring, training, labour & employee relations, crew scheduling, catering/onboard service, safety and performance management. In 1999, Sarah transitioned to Human Resources leading the introduction of corporate internal communications, service recognition, HR metrics and employee relations programs. Progressing to the senior leadership role in 2008 reporting to the President & CEO as Director Human Resources, Sarah brought focus to Inuit employment programming and was responsible for the provision of robust leadership and counsel across all human resources services, as well as complex labour and employee harmonization through merger.

Sarah was appointed Vice President, Human Resources & Planning in March 2023. With strengths of leadership, dedication and attention to detail, Sarah’s super-power is connecting with people, establishing and fostering relationships built on respect, mutual trust, integrity, compassion and shared values.

With a BA (Psychology) from the University of Ottawa, and ongoing professional development in Human Resources and Indigenous studies, Sarah is committed to life-long learning.

Alongside her husband, Sarah is active in community and volunteerism, and is the immensely proud mother of two grown children and deeply blessed by grandchildren and extended family and friends.
