With over 35 years of expertise, he has consistently demonstrated his passion and dedication to ensuring high standards of maintenance and operational efficiency.

Starting in January 2023, Robert joined Canadian North, bringing an impressive background and wealth of knowledge. Prior to that, he held the same position at West Atlantic AB for 28 years. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in the development of both organizational and process procedures.

Robert has been involved in various aspects of maintenance organizations having successfully implemented SMS systems, reliability systems and heavy maintenance and repairs. He has also been instrumental in aircraft modifications such as EFIS retrofit. His expertise extends to asset management, where he has shown outstanding knowledge and skills.

With his extensive experience and expertise, Robert holds the PRM (Person Responsible for Maintenance) in Canadian North and the AMO (Accountable Maintenance Organization). These roles speak to his deep understanding of maintenance organization and asset management, further solidifying his position as an invaluable asset within the industry.
